The Hogan assessment test is a series of well-validated pre-employment evaluations offered by Hogan Assessment Systems, widely used by top employers to recruit for various roles, especially at the management and executive levels. Often referred to as the Hogan Personality Assessment or Hogan Leadership Assessment, these tests measure personality traits, leadership potential, and suitability for specific work environments.

What Does the HBRI measure?
The Hogan Business Reasoning Inventory (HBRI) is used by employers to assess candidates' reasoning skills, including their ability to analyze data, devise solutions, and make effective, detail-oriented decisions. These are assessed via the combination of ranking on two dimensions of critical thinking:
