Pass Your 2024 NJATC Aptitude Test with Accurate Practice

One of the milestones to becoming a certified technician and a licensed electrician is taking the NJATC aptitude test (AKA IBEW Aptitude Test).

The test is 97 minutes long and has 69 questions divided into two sections: Math, Mechanical Reasoning, and Reading Comprehension.

JobTestPrep's NJATC practice tests are based on thousands of phone interviews, customer feedback, and reviews of the actual test dating back to 2016. Here’s the full practice plan:

  • Step 1: Take an NJATC Diagnostic Test
Begin your preparation with a brief guide and a diagnostic test to gauge your overall level, spot strengths and weaknesses, and focus on areas needing improvement.
  • Step 2: Practice Each Section with Focused NJATC Tests

Start with Math and Mechanical tests to improve your numeric skills for IBEW's hardest questions. Then, practice Reading Comprehension to quickly grasp key information.

  • Step 3: Track Your Improvement With Full NJATC Simulation Tests
Use the three full NJATC simulations to measure your improvement. Evaluate your progress from the initial diagnostic test, practice again, and repeat.

Only candidates with the highest scores will be selected to continue the Electrical Training Alliance recruiting process, so more than just passing is required.
