7-Eleven Application Process

The 7-Eleven hiring process is competitive and selective. It is comprised of a few stages. Learn more about each of these stages below so we can help you prepare for your 7-Eleven training.

  • 7-Eleven Application: The 7-Eleven hiring process begins with an online application. You are welcome to upload your resume and a cover letter to the 7-Eleven's website.
  • 7-Eleven Telephone Interview: After your documents have gone through the screening procedure, you will be invited for a phone interview with a Human Resources manager, who will ask you questions about your education, working history, and career goals.
  • 7-Eleven Assessment test: During this process, you may be asked to take either the Business Leadership Inventory (BLI) or Business Acumen Evaluation (BAE) assessment tests.
  • 7-Eleven Interview: You may face an initial face-to-face interview. If you do well at this stage, you will have another interview with managers who will ask you competency and technical questions to test your knowledge and assess your character.
