If you are applying for an entry-level position it is recommended that you go through a local pre-employment training center near the Boeing plant you want to work at. However, in order to get accepted to the Boeing pre-employment training center, you need to pass the WorkKeys Assessment Test in the five following categories:

1. Applied Math
2. Locating Information
3. Observation
4. Reading for Information
5. Teamwork

After passing the WorkKeys assessment test, you will be invited to an interview and depending on your score on the assessment tests, you can even receive a full scholarship to the training center. Upon successful completion of the training center, you will be invited to Boeing for an interview.
