The hiring process at Boeing includes several rounds and types of interviews. The first interview is a telephone interview. During which, you will be asked several preliminary questions (qualifications, job experience, availability, skills, etc.) before you are invited to attend a formal interview. This phone interview typically lasts 25-35 minutes.

If you are invited to attend an in-person interview, be prepared to encounter a panel interview, group interview, or several back-to-back one-on-one interviews.
