Walgreens Interviews

Just like any other employer, Walgreens wants to be sure it is hiring the most qualified candidates. There are typically two interviews involved in Walgreens' hiring process. The first interview is an in-person interview with a store manager. The second interview is with the pharmacy manager, as it is focused on job-oriented procedures.

The first in-person interview is a chance for you to expand upon your application as well as for the employer to see if you are a great match to the company. Here, you will expand upon yourself, your previous work experience, and your skills and qualifications. The second in-person interview goes deeper into your qualifications and relevant skills, presenting the pharmacy manager with a chance to see if you are a match for the job position.

The face-to-face interviews allow you to demonstrate your personality and professionalism through your answers, character, and behaviors.
